These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between [Studio Name] ("Studio," "We," "Us," "Our") and any client ("Client," "You," "Your") engaging our animation services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

For Produced shows, we offer License periods ranging from 3 years to Perpetual period. Please contact us for more details about various licensing information.

• Motion graphics

• Storyboarding and concept design

• VFX and CGI

• Custom FullDome Shows Production

• Custom VR Shows Production

• FullDome / VR Shows Licensing

• A detailed project proposal, including deliverables and timelines, will be provided before the project begins.

• The number of revisions allowed will be specified in the contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 30%-70%) is required before the project begins.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the final files are delivered.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

• The final animation is owned by the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

• Unused concepts and drafts remain the property of the studio.

• Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before starting the project.

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, content submission) may result in an adjusted timeline.

• If the studio encounters unforeseen delays, we will communicate and provide an updated schedule.

• The client must provide all necessary materials (scripts, logos, brand guidelines, etc.) before the project begins.

• The client must respond promptly to feedback requests to ensure timely delivery.

• If the client cancels after the project has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the progress of the work.

• Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project.

• We may require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for certain projects.

• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our animations.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.
